Pull up a chair, grab a glass of wine, and let’s talk bread. In this small, hands-on class, Tyler will walk you through the magic of sourdough—from keeping a starter alive and happy, to why flour matters, to pulling a golden loaf fresh out of the oven. No intimidation, no fancy terms—just good food, good company, and plenty of bread along the way.

What’s Included:
• A Bread 101 guide to take home
• A 5 lb bag of our house-milled flour to get you started
• Drinks, dinner, and all the bread you can handle

Evening Flow:
5pm-8:30pm
• 45 minutes of stories, tips, and bread science with Tyler while enjoying dinner and drinks.
• 2-3 hours of rolling up your sleeves for a hands-on sourdough session
