All order must be placed with a minimum of 3 days notice. We would love to hear from you, but before you send us a message go ahead and see if your question as already been mentioned on our FAQ page.

What times can I pick up?

Between 7:30am-2:30pm from Perenn Bakery Rancharrah, and from 2:30-5:30pm from Perenn Grocery.

Can I pick up at Midtown?

No, sorry - all pickups are from our Rancharrah location.

How can I confirm my order details?

You should receive an email confirmation.

Can I cancel or change an order after it is placed?

If you need to cancel or change your order within 48 hours of your selected pickup date,
please email us at hello@perennbakery.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I pay with my Gold Card or Gift Card?

No, the system will now allow for gift card payments at this time. Feel free to email us directly for assistance.
