BREAD CLASS 101
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3RD
Learn the basics to naturally leavened bread with Tyler. Including the basics of flour, maintaining your starter, mixing, shaping and baking.
By the end of this class you will have the general understanding to bake sourdough at home!
Start time: 5:30PM
Dinner + Lecture for one hour followed by about 1.5 hours of hands on work. Ending with something sweet and a Q+A.
Ages 12 and older are welcome.
Includes: beverages, light dinner, Intro to Bread Packet, dessert, a sourdough starter and of course, bread.
